Enrich Digital Limited(下稱「SJRC」、「我們」和「我們的」)嚴肅對待個人私隱。本聲明向 SJRC website / App (DKI)(「本網頁」/「本程式」)應用程式的用戶解釋了我們存取﹑收集、使用、披露及保護個人資料的政策。

4.Do we retain/delete user information?
In Short: We keep your information for fulfilling the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.
When your school or organization has no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, they should retain or delete it following their privacy policy. We are not responsible for how long the information should be kept by your school.
According to the school's instructions, when they request to delete your account, we will completely delete your account information. This includes all personal data associated with your account, such as username, password, personal settings and any other relevant data stored on our systems. We will adopt appropriate technologies and procedures to ensure that your data is completely removed during the deletion process to prevent any unauthorized access or use. Please note that once data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
5.How do we keep your information safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure.
